1. Regular bookings must be made at least 2 working days* before the service is to be performed (e.g. services on Wednesday must be booked by the previous Monday at 9am. Services on Tuesday must be booked by the previous Saturday at 9am).
1. 服务申请需至少在服务开始之前两个工作日提交。(例如,如果要申请星期三的服务,那么服务申请就必须至少在该星期一上午九点之 前提交给InTouch。如果要申请星期二的服务,那么服务申请就必须 至少要在上个星期六上午九点之前提交给InTouch。)
2. InTouch offers several rush options for situations where services are requested urgently.
a) Bookings can be made for services less than 2 working days* before the service start date (e.g. services on Wednesday booked by the previous Tuesday at 9am). A supplementary charge of $175USD applies for this service.
b) Bookings can be made for services less than 1 working day* before the service start date (e.g. services on Wednesday booked after 9am on the previous Tuesday). A supplementary charge of $350USD applies for this service.
2. 对于紧急的服务要求, InTouch 可提供以下几种加急服务的选择。
a) 服务申请可在服务开始之前少于2 个工作日提交给InTouch (例如,在星期二上午9点之前申请该星期三的服务)。此项服务InTouch将会收取175 USD 的加急费用。
b) 服务申请可在服务开始之前少于1 个工作日提交给InTouch (例如,在星期二上午9点之后申请该星期三的服务)。此项服务InTouch将会收取350USD的特急费用。
3. All booking requests are subject to InTouch availability.

B. Cancellations
B. 取消
1. Cancellations must be made at least 2 working days* before the service is to be performed (e.g. services booked for Friday must be cancelled by the previous Wednesday at 9am. Services booked for Tuesday must be cancelled by the previous Saturday at 9am). Cancellations must be made with BOTH a phone call AND email to the InTouch office.
1. 取消服务需至少在服务开始之前两个工作日, 同时必须以电话和邮件两种方式通知InTouch。(例如,如果要取消星期五的服务, 那么取消服务申请就必须至少在该星期三上午九点之前提交给InTouch。如果要取消星期二的服务,那么取消服务的的申请就必须至少在上个星期六上午九点之前提交给InTouch。)
2. All travel or miscellaneous expenses already borne by InTouch in relation to the cancelled service will be billed in full.
2. 任何情况下,InTouch将会收取因取消申请而产生的差旅等相关费用。
3. All services cancelled without giving sufficient notice as per the above point are subject to cancellation fees.
a) A charge of $175USD applies to cancellations made less than 2 working days* before the service start date (e.g. services scheduled for Thursday that are cancelled by 9am on the previous Wednesday).
b) A charge of $350USD applies to cancellations made less than 1 working day* before the service start date (e.g. services scheduled for Monday that are cancelled after 9am on the previous Saturday).
3. 所有没有按照以上要求及时通知InTouch的取消服务申请, InTouch 将会收取相应的取消费用。
a) 对于在服务开始之前少于两个工作日通知InTouch取消申请的(例如,在星期三上午9点之前申请取消原定于该星期四的服务),InTouch将会收取 175USD的费用。
b) 对于在服务开始之前不到一个工作日通知InTouch取消申请的(例如,在星期三上午9点之后申请取消原定于该星期四的服务),InTouch将会收取350USD的费用。
4. The full charge of the originally planned service will be billed for cancellations made after 5pm on the day before the service start date, cancellations made on the service start date, or in cases where auditors arrive at a service location but are denied access or not allowed to perform the service as planned.
4. 对于在服务开始之前的 前一天下午5点之后或者在服务当日取消服务的;或者在我司工作人员已到达工厂,但是工厂或贸易商拒绝或不同意按原定服务安排进行验货的,InTouch都将按照原定安排收取足额的服务费用。
C. Inspections and Other Services
C. 验货与其他服务
1. The % of goods completed and in final packaging required for the inspection to take place is specified on the Item QC Checklist. In any case where it is unspecified it will be considered 100%. Any exception to this policy must be clearly communicated by the client.
1. 验货检验清单上面会明确说明产品需要完成的%和最终包装的%。如果没有特别说明的默认为100%完全完成。任何例外情形需客户明确的确认。
2. We STRONGLY URGE that all SKUs be stored neatly and together in the warehouse to allow for easy access, counting, and sample drawing. Suppliers are advised to notify their factories.
2. 我司强烈要求:工厂必须把所有待验货品按照不同产品分类一起摆放好,以便容易点数并抽箱。供应商应通知他们的相关工厂。
3. A fee of $45 per auditor per hour applies to abnormal delays resulting from the supplier’s actions or inaction, or from circumstances that InTouch was not informed of in advance (e.g. refusal on the part of the supplier to cooperate with the service process, goods located in multiple separate locations, non-availability of supplier representatives, requests for auditors to wait or perform services later than planned, etc.)
3. 对于由于工厂或者贸易商的某些行为、不作为造成的异常的服务延误,或者InTouch未得到事先通知的情况(例如:工厂在服务过程中拒不配合的;产品存放 在不同 的地方的;或由工厂和贸易商方负责的部分无法获取的;我司工作人员被要求长时间等待或者延迟进行服务的),InTouch将会按照每人每小时 45USD 收取延误费用。
4. Services on weekends and Chinese Public Holidays are subject to additional charges as such: Saturday (1.5 X actual man-day count), Sunday (2.0 X actual man-day count), Public Holiday (3.0 X actual man-day count).
4. 周末和节日的服务会产生额外的费用:星期六(一般费用X1.5), 星期天(一般费用X2.0), 公共节假日(一般费用X3.0) 。
5. According to the InTouch company policy, no benefit of any kind should be offered to any InTouch staff.

* “Working day” refers to Monday – Friday, excluding all Chinese Public Holidays. Saturday is considered a working day solely for purposes of receiving booking and cancellation requests.
* “工作日”即指星期一至星期五(不包括公共节假日)。星 期六视为工作日,但仅限于接受与取消服务申请。
