You can also easily reach them to review inspection results and give feedback via call or video-chat. Your client manager can also meet with you in Asia or accompany you to a factory visit as needed.

You’ll generally receive inspection reports same-day within 2-6 hours of service completion and at no additional cost to help you make timely decisions and cut down on costly delays. All of our inspection reports include clear photos of product samples, packaging and relevant order components to help you clearly visualize quality issues.
You can log in to our online client system to view up-to-date service booking status, as well as access and download previous service reports. In addition to regular communication with you over email and phone, we’ll always ensure that all of the information related to your services is readily accessible to you.
