Graham Young is owner and managing director at Sigmassure, a QA and manufacturing consultancy based in the U.K. He has worked in China for more than 4 years, based in Shanghai. He has successfully managed QMS, IMS, Supplier Development, Operations, Manufacturing and Quality Improvements during this time. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked within the Quality Assurance function throughout his career, in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, defense and oil & gas. In his spare time, Graham writes QA articles, is a qualified Climbing Instructor and enjoys yoga, cycling and swimming.
